Happy Mother's Day!
In my late teenage years, on Mother's Day, I gave my Mom my version of our family of lucky Gnomes. It included a bucket of 15 numbered sticks as an added interactive lottery number pick.
The little handwritten side book said "Happy Mothers Day!
Lucky Numbers, Love You
I made this for you with good fortune in mind.
Grab a stick, wish and think in kind.
Mix and match the numbers to what you feel, and then together believe it will be REAL.
Love, Tammy"
My Artistic Creation
In December 2023, I was asked to create farm animals as a Christmas gift for a family friend. Without pictures of their animals, this project was completed using intuition and whimsical detail.

My Artistic Vision
In July 2024, after nine months of dedicated work and creating 500 handcrafted earrings, I decided to sell my fashions at a local craft market. This was my first show in over 20 years. My best friend and I set up our booth on a beautiful, warm day near Fairy Lake in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.
My Earlist Artistic Creation
In the mid-1970s, when I was around seven years old, I created a figurine of my dad. He was my hero—maybe a bit like the Hulk, a gingerbread man, and part plumber in the back, too.

In 1982, when I was in fourth grade, my class had an abstract art project that involved clay, a kiln, and days of waiting. When the results came back, my abstract design was a hit within the class. Back then and even now, I can't tell you what it is...
My Artistic Figurine Creations
Over the decades, I still have a passion for clay work.
The man with the beard and pipe was made in 1982 at 11 years old.
Signed and Dated.
The gnomes and mushrooms were made for my Omi.
In German, it says 'I love you, Tammy, 1990'.
The red-capped gnome book reader, and the pretty girl in pink were created in the early 90's.
My Artistic Floral Picture Creation
In 1992, I created this picture on my kitchen table after seeing a similar image in a book. I was drawn to the color scheme because it matched my kitchen decor beautifully. I framed this 20" x 15" artwork and hung it on the kitchen wall, where it remained for many years.
My Artistic Rose Picture Creation
Just before Christmas Day in 1992, I decided to make a handcrafted gift for my mom and dad. I found a lovely picture that featured ribbons and roses. I created this picture, signed and dated it, and framed it. I proudly presented it to my parents that Christmas. To this day the picture hangs in my parents dining room.

My Cats Portraits
August, 2024
I wanted to try something a little different from earrings, so I created these fridge magnets, which are each slightly larger than a toonie. These sweet cat portraits are inspired by my own pets, and this was my first attempt at capturing their likeness. My beloved Maddie passed away a year ago, and these magnets are made from cherished memories and photos of her.

Before my babies turned into fridge magnets, I tried placing their portraits in a shadow box. I'm always searching for new and inventive ideas to display my creations.

I searched for photos and created a whimsical family portrait in a 10" x 10" shadow box. It was a Christmas gift that brought laughter to the whole family.
It was my first attempt at creating this playful family portrait.

I found a wooden treasure box. It begged to be decorated and I found inspiration to do so. This is just the beginning of my new treasure box design. I will update you with the finished product.

Exploe my Aloe plant gallery
In 2018, I purchased a beautiful Aloe Vera plant, and since then, every plant I have now comes from that very first one. I would like to share my aloe babies, also known as "pups," with you.
